Total users are huge now.

There are many websites out there that pull data from the fediverse. So take that with a grain of salt. But anecdotally I am seeing a small rise in people using the various platforms as each get more mature and servers somewhat stabilize.

    Leaving Reddit wasn’t easy. I read the tea leaves and left at apigate.

    I had already eschewed Youtube API and was keeping Facebook out of arms length,

    I poked around Bluesky for a while, it had a very strong pull.

    I do not need machine-fed unlimited social media and news I don’t thrive on it. Doomscrolling is not a good hobby.
