        it seems to function ok. there are some additional filters that can be enabled in its settings, not much control though–just a setting for how ‘aggressive’ you want it to be. you cannot add your own, either.

        because filters are now bundled with the extension itself, updates to them are slower as they must be blessed by the addon store (chrome’s, edge’s) as part of an extension update, before being made available. and this does give google and microsoft absolute ‘veto power’ over a filter update.

      Lite was made for Manifest V3. They had to drop a bunch of features to get it functioning which is why it’s called “Lite”.

        It won’t for long. Its only because Ungoogled Chromium is on a stable channel, but this removal will catch up to them soon.

        This goes for all Chromium browsers, except those that hack in their own adblock engine like Cromite or Brave.
