Metrolinx, HydroOne, LCBO online maps display Lake Ontario’s name as ‘Lake America’

HydroOne, Metrolinx and LCBO are displaying the name of Lake Ontario as 'Lake America,' following a similar change in Google Maps in the U.S.

No, they should find the most sorry thing of a mud puddle (preferably one in Patagonia or so) and call THAT Lake America.
