What’s it from? I remember this bean-slicing scene so vividly, but nothing else

In 1947, the animated short Mickey and the Beanstalk was released, a parody of the story of Jack and the Beanstalk featuring the characters Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy. In one scene, a starving Mickey slices a loaf of bread so thin that it appears transparent on his knife and flutters down to Goofy’s plate when Mickey serves him in an attempt to make the loaf last longer.

And the thin transparent bread slices they made a sandwich with? Truly amazing animation!

It was from a Disney feature called “Fun and Fancy Free” that had two parts to it. One was called Bongo and was about a circus bear finding love while the other was Mickey and the Beanstalk where this scene came from.

Here’s a link to it on YouTube. Pretty sure it’ll be taken down soon so enjoy it while you can!
