I get the feeling this person is too idealistic to get stuff done in a real company.
They’re getting “it’s not you it’s us” again and again in an interview.
Sounds like “it’s not that your ideals are wrong, it’s that we can’t live up to your standards”.
This is not to say that Jacky should abandon his ideals, but be willing and able to realize when they have to make compromises in order to get work done.

Yeah these types of posts are kind of useless because you can never tell if it’s just because they’re giving off red flags.
What feedback did he get from interviews? Do people know you can ask for feedback?
