Buc-ee's plans to target "conservative, business friendly" states for expansion following backlash over trademark infringement lawsuits against small businesses.
The sad thing is, it will. They’re going to corner the market in the redneck states they are in. The real reason they don’t care about the blue states is blue states have alternative options that aren’t bargain bin cheap shit, so they get fewer customers. And by goading and insulting blue states, they gain extra loyalty among the stupid hicks.
Financially, this will work out just fine for Buc-ee’s, and if it ever stops being profitable, they can just shut everything down and leave the red states with the empty building and the next scammer can come along.
