I used xcancel to access information from government agencies and some brands since you cannot browse X without an account, and I deleted mine after Elon Musk bought it.

And you can’t see alert unless you have an account. There’s no good reason why they shouldn’t post those details on their own site, but they won’t until people put pressure on them.
