I would also encourage “the plant slant” as another great recipe content creator and he also does shout outs to other good channels so you can springboard off there.

I like the maker spaces similarly, so Allen Pan is a good creator if you like mythbusters-type “is it possible to do” sort of stuff. 😁 same shout outs and collabs. He literally worked with them.
