I’m not as anti-AI as the rest of this place but I am 100% in favor of being honest about it.
I found a mod passing off AI generated images as authentic, vintage sci-fi covers. I asked why they were mixing them together and was not only banned but they deleted my comment.
It is an instance where fake content is allowed. So why should they abide by your standards?
Do you prefer high-quality accurate content or low-quality fake content on Lemmy?
