I was thinking about that the other day (not Piccolo). Like, if I were conscious there would definitely be a thought of “can I make it to the ER like this” to avoid the ambulance cost. There’s gotta be a cut off point (not like that) of where I would definitely call vs when I would try to drive while being in horrific pain.
