    How so? Like, is the content super gritty in South Korea? Is the EULA super fucked-up there? Does it cost an arm and a leg? Is it unavailable without a VPN? Something else entirely? All of the above?

    Yup. They have a different conception of “age appropriate” in Korea. I have a student who is 11 years old, and his favourite film is The Thing.

        That makes a lot of sense. I have been confused why they insist on selling Disney + and Hulu as a bundle without the option to separate. Now I know, it’s fake value.
