I’m an FLM so basically the first line of defense between the workforce and upper management. My fellow FLMs pay for parties and lunches out of our own pocket. We have budget for team building once or twice a year. We know that isn’t enough, so we do what we can. It’s really not a lot, but the memories we make with our team is worth it. I love my team and my people.
