I guess I meant the frequency of such things happening on either side, and their intent.
But the problem with anything coming out of Russia or territories under Russian control is that you cannot implicitly trust what they report and have no way of checking for yourself. And I’m 100% convinced that - while something like this might indeed have happened - Russia will be happy to add layers of hyperbole.
