    Guilty and Liable are just different legal words for different kinds of cases, but they both mean the same thing:

      He definitely did it, but liability is not guilt and you shouldn’t say such ignorant things in public.

          Really, I think the current state of the world is the result of idiots proliferating. People who don’t understand the difference between liability and guilt, for example.
