Crew members were still wearing their Disney uniforms when they were escorted away from the boat with their hands zip-tied behind their backs, reports say
Some travelers on Disney’s Magic cruise ship were left disturbed earlier this month after ICE agents stormed onto the vessel and detained several crew members.
Immigrant rights groups said at least 10 crew members were detained at the Port of San Diego on April 23 after the Disney-run cruise ship returned following a five-day trip.
Dharmi Mehta and her family had enjoyed their trip, but were upset when they saw the head waiter, whom they had become close with, being led away from the docked boat with his hands zip-tied behind his back.

What law was being broken here? That employees from a foreign ship aren’t US citizens?
Possession of CSEM?
Yeah, I saw and that it sure feels like a total BS after-the-fact justification considering these were immigration agents who don’t investigate those kinds of crimes, these people aren’t in US jurisdiction so how did they even show up on their radar, and they apparently boarded a second ship from Holland and claimed those crewmembers were also part of this same alleged ring. What are the odds that all these people working on different ships from all over the world all happen to be part of a single CSAM ring and they all happened to be in a single port at the exact same time? Seems like you’d be more likely to win the Powerball two times in a row.
Whatever dumb shit they cooked up. You completely missed the point.
What was the point? You’re making a strawman claiming that “laws don’t matter in port” yet can’t even establish what immigration law was supposedly broken by foreign workers working on a foreign ship who hadn’t even stepped foot on US soil.
Be real fun if we start just arresting the crew of any ship we don’t like… Or like too much and want to steal. Lol who would come to a US port?
