I’ll say this though: the depiction of Iran as a dictatorship is not only incorrect, it’s also a major driver of the failed policies of the West in dealing with Iran. Even if Iran is your enemy, it’s good to understand your enemy, and you don’t.
It doesn’t matter what life in Iran is - Iranian regime is straight up evil and under no circumstances to be defended in any way shape or form. Doesn’t mean US isn’t wrong just that two wrongs don’t make a right.
