They will live in Palestine, but it will be part of Egypt instead of being occupied by the Israelis.

Egypt is not as technologically advanced as Israel.
Egypt would be getting the West Bank enlarged by land equivalent to the Gaza Strip in exchange for it giving up a piece of the Sinai to Israel.
