Lists work best in text format, and there’s no reason not to include a text list with your video unless your real goal is to force people to watch the video.
I have no reason to think @[email protected] is the Not Just Bikes guy, and it’s not reasonable to expect a random third party who posted a video they happened to find interesting to write out a list summarizing it for you. So first of all, knock it off with the uncalled-for accusations of shilling, and second, summarize the thing yourself if you feel that strongly about it!
Also, most micro plastics are rubber tire particulates coming from tires rubbing on the road. The road itself is an oily substance that washes into the rivers and oceans.
