Yep, the core different between a liberal and conservative is lack of empathy. Conservative brains are literally different than liberals, they have larger fear centers and seek comfort in authority. If they only care when it’s someone they know, then that’s personally affecting them, and making it a selfish lack of empathy thing.

I watch a podcast called The Necessary Conversation on Youtube and it further confirms this.
