Edit:
That there is an issue with real estate prices in Dubai that is.
I should have written WHY would I look that up? As in not knowing there is an issue, if I hadn’t learned about it.
Do you know how to use a search engine? The “article” claims a 30% drop in the DFM Real Estate Index. If you search for “DFM Real Estate Index” on any search engine you’ll get a handful of websites that have current and historical prices for the DFMREI.
Which you probably read in the article, or do you automatically think, HEY LETS LOOK UP real estate prices in Dubai? I bet it’s called “DFM Real Estate Index”!
Looking it up only confirms the point of the article, which I had already seen from 2 other sources previously, it’s gone up about 5% the last 3 days, but it was down 30% a couple of days ago.
So what’s your point really? Apart from showing your ignorant intolerance.
So again where would you look up what to look up to know what’s going on with whatever is going on?
What other things should I look up directly, without reading somewhere that something is going on?
I will fucking read it in the daily mail if nobody else cares to bring the story. And other major outlets still haven’t brought this story. Possibly because it’s contrary to the narrative USA is trying to create.
Goddam there are too many arrogant assholes like you here, who actually know nothing.
Not looking at the article would make the poster I responded to ignorant about all of this.
Exactly as I wrote, he would stay ignorant of the issue.
What the hell are you talking about? You asked me how someone could look up the claims made in the article, and I told you. A lot of people don’t trust the daily mail, and for good reason.
I never claimed they should, but I am still correct that in this case the article is correct, and he would be ignorant of the issue if he didn’t.
THEN afterwards you can try to verify this.
So again without having read the article, where would you look up that this is an issue?
What was the point of claiming I can look it up directly?
Where would the knowledge come from to get the idea to look it up directly?
Your comment was nonsense, and maybe I was unclear. But your response was still nonsense in the context.
Nope.
Then stay ignorant on the issue.
You can also go straight to the source and look up the real estate prices yourself, you don’t have to get this info from a tabloid.
And where exactly would you look that up?

I don’t know why you’re being so adversarial. The daily mail isn’t trustworthy, that’s not nonsense.
