Hello! I’m looking for someone to talk to since I have been very lonely lately and most of my friends I cannot talk to online. If this is the wrong community, sorry, but it’s the best I could find. I can delete this if needed.

Looking for SFW chat, no romance or anything, just someone to talk to. I’m a young adult with a lot of interests. I like coding, history, music, languages, cultures, and I’m interested in learning new things. I’m okay with chatting in comments or in PMs.

          Mostly collecting music on all sorts of formats, mainly vinyl and CD (besides digital). I also like photography (even though I barely had any time as of late). I do have a Canon DSLR that I’m playing around with.

            I also like photography! I haven’t started collecting physical music yet but I really want to. What music do you like? I have a camera but I can’t remember what it is (it’s an old digital camera my mum gave me).

              Sorry, I just fell asleep after I replied and then my server was down for a while 😁

              Well, mostly post-rock/shoegaze and stoner/doom rock/metal; but I’m open to any other rock/metal genre/sub-genre, even to alternative and sometimes to electronic stuff as well.

              Just yesterday evening I went to a concert of a band called “Luna Amară” (Bitter Moon). It sounds kinda like this: youtube.com/watch?v=kj7-NfWWJk…

              Is it a DSLR/mirrorless? Or is it something like a small pocket one?

                  Oooh, I really like this song! It’s really good!

                  Yeah, I think it’s my favorite English language song from them. Their Romanian songs are even better. They’ve been singing for around 25 years, and they launched 6 studio albums so far. Most of the time they’re also adding a trumpet to the mix, and it sounds really cool. They also got some political-themed songs, and what’s funny is that they managed to get fined by the police for playing live a song against them, with no curses and no calls for violence whatsoever, lol (there were tougher times back then, but still, haha).

                    Yeah, the pictures are good, and I find the process of photography to be infinitely more intentional and rewarding when done with a proper camera.

                    Ohh, I’m sorry to hear about that incident with the police. This seems like a really nice band! I’m listening to a couple of their other songs, thanks for introducing me to them! I love to listen to music in other languages, and I have never listened to Romanian music before! The music I listen to is usually English, German, Russian, or Czech.
