The person arrested was Peter Mandelson, a long-time Labour Party heavyweight, former deputy Prime Minister in all but title under Brown, and also someone who played a major role in Corbyn’s ejection from the Labour Party and Starmer’s rise to being PM. Mandy is a big fish. Also a devious, rightwing, backstabbing billionaire’s lackey.
