    Well that changes some things

    The guy already experienced being ran over and in the action took the bad decision to shoot when it could happen again

    That nuanced things, but still it’s probably a mistake, and they don’t assume it

          I can tell you right now I’ve never shot someone because my life was in danger. And it has been, repeatedly.

            If you believe you’re going to be killed, then you shoot first

            And the goal is not to kill, just to fight the threat to be safe from it. Killing is an unfortunate result

      Murder with car is okay after all. Murder with guns is only okay for police and ice isn’t police!

      He should get zero leaniency with this. Fear for one’s life doesn’t give you right to murder someone. They’re armoured thugs.
