As Plichta was escorted to the police vehicle she could be heard saying: “I am not resisting arrest.”

    This is a really stupid take. The reporters had nothing to do with the arrest.

      They stopped her there (obstruction of the road, the given reason). They were the reason her voice was heard in that second and not later, and lead to the arrest (the real reason).
