    I’m laughing because I never knew what the hell oatmeal was while working at this breakfast place as a line cook.

    This was before phones on the internet. Nobody ever ordered it. My coworkers looked at me and laughed.

    So I followed the instructions on the box that said hot water and oatmeal.

    And later on, my boss gave me shit for not teaching me.

      I really think most people just want to feel power over others. But this knowledge doesn’t make it any easier :(
