    No you cannot, not really.

    There are hundreds of open and freely available nudifying apps out there that you can run yourself. Even if you get then off the internet, which you can’t, they’ll still be out there and they’ll still be improved.

    That genie is long gone, it should simply never have been a thing to begin with. I think it’s also the lesser of evils that will be coming from AI, unfortunately, so there is that too.

    You can try to make these apps harder to get but that mostly will hide visibility, not availability nor the use either.

    Most humans want to see all other humans naked, and we prohibit that. There is a huge market, the tools are there, prohibition will do exactly as much as prohibiting prostitution and alcohol, we all know how well those have worked.

      Imagine an app is banned from the app store.

      Do you actually think normal people would have any idea how to get around that? They don’t know how to do anything.
