Even the screenshots and audio recordings only have anonymous tracking IDs, they don’t store date, or your exact name or any other metadata. They know how important privacy is to their users and that it would be crazy to use the automatic update system for anything other than installing security patches.

The Recall thing is local-only, nothing is being tracked or sent to MS. How do we know that? Because there’s about a billion security engineers poring over every single bit of data sent out by Windows since the introduction of Recall.
