What kills me is they’re totally getting away with doing the same to Colbert simply because they weren’t so brazen about it. The fevered aggression of a cause was there to try to drive it.

Agreed completely, it’s absolute horseshit what they’re doing, but at least Kimmel got put back on in a show of defiance somewhat.
