In the caption of the Instagram post, he wrote, “An old white woman got on the train and immediately pointed at me and told me to correct how I was sitting. I refused, so she went to the conductor and complained. The conductor called the police and stopped the train,” he said.
O’Keefe also says in the caption that the friend of the woman who called the police had said to him, “You’re not the minority anymore.”
A separate video about the incident has been uploaded by the user, Nalae, on TikTok, where it has quickly gone viral, having been viewed over 160,000 times as of reporting.
They said I was disturbing the peace by not leaving the train. They pulled me off the train and arrested me without even talking to the Karen who reported the one black person on the train. On the platform, the police detained me and interrogated me. Only black folks stayed nearby and recorded the arrest. When I demanded a lawyer and reminded them they didn’t even take a statement from the woman who complained they eventually released me. This country is growing more psycho by the day. What will you do about it?"
It’s the MTA passanger code of conduct policy (pretty universal to public transport):

Again, SHOW ME A SOURCE THAT SAYS HE VIOLATED THOSE RULES and your racist ass and that old ladies racist ass don’t count as
SOURCES
You’re a bit dim, aren’t you? I’ve given you the policy document stating the rules, I’ve given you a news website with the conductor saying Alex O’Keefe was refusing to obey them. What more do you want?

It’s the same one I gave you last time you asked:

Fucking classic. You can’t provide a source that backs up your claim, think hearsay counts as a source, and then throw out yet another ad hominem.
If you think I’m “dim,” I’ll take the unintended compliment. Cheers, smarty pants. Your ignorance is magnificent. Thanks for the laughs.
Heresay is when a second hand account is given.
The conductor is a direct witness. So that’s a first-hand account, not heresay.
You’re just too locked into the charge of racism to actually accept the facts. That’s all. It’s political for you, it’s not for me. That’s all.
Dude was out of line, got kick off the train and told to get the next one. Deal with it.
Did the conductor see his “violation?” Then provide the
SOURCE.
Ya can’t, because all you have is a “he said/she said.” And your racism had been on full display this entire interaction. So, you’re back to the “no u” defense. Again.
You’re proposing the old lady asked him, he refused, then took his feet off before the conductor came… And then the conductor seeing no violation of the rules, called the cops and stopped the train because an old white lady said his feet had been on the seat earlier?
No. I’m not saying anything of the sort. What I’m saying is that you’re full of shit, making stuff up that you have no proof of, and then you play the parrot, repeating your shit when pressed.
Unless you have a source that the dude violated ANYTHING that ISN’T that the old lady said so, present it.
And this is the sixth time we’ve made this circuit.
Disengage.
I’m quoting the conductor and MTA policy confirming which states that the scenario the conductor witnessed is a violation of MTA policy.
At no point did I quote the old lady. You’re confused. Also MTA policy, and the conductor’s statement given as a direct quote in a major publication IS a source.
Your scenario requires the old lady to be in charge of the MTA and is bizarre when repeated back to you. All because you can’t admit to being wrong, which is truly pathetic of you.
Disengage? You’re free to disengage. No one is making you reply.
