The funding was supposed to support a passage connecting the Rafael Meadows neighborhood to the Marin County Civic Center, the nearby SMART station and other destinations.

Don’t worry. Gas taxes have gone up, but it’s for cars. Gov. Newsom doesn’t want paths for walking and biking.
