I never really pegged any career Republicans as cheering for the release of the files and always saw it more as a talking point among voters more than anywhere else. (I do not have any context with news pundits tho so if it’s more about that sphere…?)

Basically, the Republicans are now saying that they won’t release the Epstein list after all, because no client list actually exists.
