If anyone doesn’t have rights, then no one has rights.

Without due process, they can just say you are illegal, and now you don’t have a place to plead your case.

Imagine you were born in the US, and they just shipped you out. What are you going to do about it?

Well funny enough there are many legal immigrants that have voted for Trump said the same stuff only to find out in fact that if you live in a police state which does not respect the human rights of illegal immigrants, that state also don’t respect the rights of the legal immigrants as well.

Don’t know if they are illegal without “due process”. Being here illegally used to be a misdemeanor. (I think it might still be.)
