Supermarket white bread is UPF. Dried apple chips are UPF. Activia yoghurt is UPF (and evey other form of yoghurt besides plain natural unsweetened one).

I’d buy an uncooked ham, no bread from an American grocery store, apples, and plain natural unsweetened yogurt. Your examples are weird.

All junk food is ultra processed food, but not all UPF is junk food.
Store bought pre-sliced ham is UPF.
Supermarket white bread is UPF.

Those are all things I typically wouldn’t buy, because they are too processed for me. I’d buy an uncooked ham, no bread from an American grocery store, apples, and plain natural unsweetened yogurt.
