The US oil industry is collapsing. They can’t make much profit.
All that really matters is the price of a barrel of oil. It went from $75 to $64 between April 2nd and April 8th. That makes it hard up make money pumping oil out of fracked horizontal wells. I think below $60 and the turn those off.
