So maybe to unbreak it just a little, the picture is some AI drawing of an actual woman, a convicted fentanyl trafficker. I just don’t understand why the cartoon.

  I don’t understand the downvotes. There’s plenty to criticize the USA government for. This just isn’t one of those moments.
