    Because if he’s removed, the stock prices of any company he’s involved with immediately snaps to a more realistic price.

      This. If you’re a meme stock (Tesla), you have to keep it that way or else everyone is losing their shirts.

      I believe he has become a liability. People more and more say they avoid Tesla because of Musk. It is possible Musk’s removal would increase the stock price.
