Yes, the best time for her to step down would have been earlier (same issue with Biden dropping out). But the second best time is now.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
