Lemmy’s user base has been stagnant at half a million for over a year now. Something needs to improve. We’re still too small to have vibrant niche communities. I was already looking for an alternative to Reddit for quite a few years before the big Lemmy migration occurred 2 years ago. But I think we need to hit at least a million users to have the same quality and breadth of content we used to enjoy on the old site before Aaron died.
