- Love this episode. James Cromwell returning as Zefram Cochrane was brilliant. - This show has easter eggs on top of Easter eggs. Jeffery Colms, one of the most prolific guest stars who has played a ton of different characters, being the AI robot that wants to take over planets and then a few episodes later, Rutherford saying that Nick Locarno looks like Tom Paris. - I have Lemmy to thank for helping me find this show.
- Did not even realize they were played by the same actor - That’s what I get for not reading the Canon connections yet
- Seriously, there are so many deep jokes, I have to re-watch episodes multiple times to catch them all.
- saying that Nick Locarno looks like Tom Paris. - Eh, I don’t see it.

- I love how asymmetrical Rutherford’s sweater is!

- It’s also worth mentioning that 17 million scovilles (17,000,000 SHU) is way off the top of the chart by an order of magnitude: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scoville_scale - Gag or not, this may not be for human consumption. - It’s pretty impressive since pure capsaicin tops out at 16 million, guess they started putting crazier spice moulecules in. Also makes Boimler’s pain in that episode less of a gag and more of a “how are you legally allowed to have this on your table?”

- I literally just rewatched this episode not two hours ago. - Boims in the back, absolutely dying from a tiny amount, and mariner over here pouring out half the bottle. - My wife said she would be boimler, because she’s super vanilla about spicy things. Vanilla might be too spicy for boimler though. - You probably need an extra-sensitive palette to be a good raisin farmer. - Also, ever notice how everyone else is dressed at the Boimler vinyard? - deleted by creator
