If your ring gets grabbed by any spinning equipment it can pull you into the machine or deglove your finger. I don’t really wear my ring unless I’m going out somewhere nice with my wife because I work with a lot of heavy machinery.

That’s like hammers and screwdrivers and wrenches and stuff. Drills, dremels, anything with a motor is a “power tool” to me. I take my ring off whenever I work with a power tool it could possibly get caught on.
