        • put a handful Müesli-Mix (here self-made with oatmeal, sunflower & pumpkin, nuts, etc.) in a bowl
        • as much Milk and a bit more (oat Milk in my case)
        • a spoonful quark/jogurt
        • slice some fruits to taste (here nectarine & apple)
        • add some Müesli on top for the crunch
        • then the berries if you have.

        About 5 minutes of effort daily And maybe 15 all 2 months to mix the Müesli.

        I like to add some salt and cinnamon. But maply syrup fits too.
