If anything, it’s good to have a mass produced option from Steam. Eventually when I’m priced out of building big badass rigs I’ll look to Steam to provide a plug and play console experience.

I’m on my dream PC build, and at this point I don’t really care to build another one again. Console simplicity is great now that I can play most things 60-120 fps.

I guess that’s not a bad idea at all. Play through the game and all 3 DLCs at once. I might finally get around to Cyberpunk while I wait. My backlog is a mile high and I’ve really slowed down my purchasing.

I have never played the game and this DLC made me download it for the first time.

Dude they were so much better than a US one. So much better in fact that the company is trying to redesign the US ones to be similar to the Japanese ones.

I remember 10 years ago when he cosplayed the leather jacket cool guy gamer CEO. Dude has always been a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He’s gross and every time he refers to people as “humans” it makes my skin crawl.

This is why people should put CEOs in a pedestal. The Xbox fan base did that for years with Phil Spencer after the Matrick era. In the end that cool guy persona lead to a legacy of buying studios and shutting them down when they didn’t meet internal metrics. Xbox was left in a dire state with his departure same as it was when he entered.

Good, I hope it does terrible. The only way to get what you want out of a mega corp is by tanking their financials until they change.

Disney won’t change but I boycott them regardless.

I do not buy products based on company morals. There is almost no publicly traded company that won’t sell the consumer out in a heartbeat.

If I bought components based on company good/bad I wouldn’t even be able to build a computer.

NVIDIA - Bad, Ai bubble, oligarchy AMD - Just as bad, Nvidia coat tail rider, oligarchy Intel - Bad, poor consumer practices for years Any company making RAM- bad, participates in price fixing and only get a slap on the wrist.

The only company on this planet I will blindly buy from is Costco. The CEO said “if you change the price of the $1.50 hotdog combo I’ll fucking kill you” - good

Otherwise I just buy what I need from where I can get it and move on with my life. Even avoiding Amazon is dumb since they make most of their money from AWS which means you’d have to boycott most of the internet.

I moved to a 9070XT from a 3070 and love it. I am a Linux gamer convert after falling in love with Steam OS. Nvidia on Linux is too much of a hassle imo. Plus my 9070XT on Linux smokes my 3070 on windows.

I didn’t realize Utah was so bad with their water supply. That’s a bummer to hear because that state is beautiful.
