No it’s just 3 single jeopardies as they are all separate charges. They will do anything to put him behind bars.
They likely know the charges won’t make it anywhere. They just need to have people to say “see, they have charges against them as well” to make it seem like evidence/charges/convictions against current officials arent important. Although there is a huge difference between charges/convictions, if you keep getting headlines saying so and so has charges against them, it dulls the headlines.
