    Anyways, does anyone know, if similar lawsuits have already been filed against ChatGPT et al?

    I understand why Google is targeted, since they display the information as if it had been published somewhere, whereas ChatGPT et al look more like a private chat. But ultimately, it is the same thing.

    Multiple people can ask the same question and it’s likely to fabricate similar answers. The misinformation is effectively published by it being possible for an unknown number of people to look at it…
