Federal agents searched Democratic U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar’s home on Monday morning as part of a criminal investigation, according to people familiar with the matter.
The search was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations agents, said the people, who were not authorized to publicly discuss an ongoing investigation and spoke on the condition of anonymity. More details about the investigation were not immediately clear.

I think I was wrong, and it was just a warrant and not an indictment. I was wrong my bad.
It should have needed an indictment, but it’s a moot point really as indictments were meant as a check against unjust prosecution, but have been changed into a tool of prosecutors.
Indictments are not public, they are secret, and something like this needs an indictment.
So by DHS logic Trump’s places should be raided because of Melania and Musk should be deported because he broke the law years ago.

This is to be expected. Long ago I predicted that in 2027 the feds will (try to) secure indictments against the opposition for 2028. In the fall, this time of year, was my prediction, years ago.
But wtf? Raiding a congresswoman’s house is a big deal, and this judge that authorized this for what are obviously bullshit reasons, should be removed, impeached, and condemned. They betrayed their duty for traitors, and by all rights should receive something very different for this.

lol, a rather minor point to make, but it’s impeached and then removed for anyone subject to impeachment. I think the condemnation might have to come before that as leading up to the impeachment, but depends on exactly what’s meant by condemnation.

They’re committing crimes in an effort to undermine the reelection campaign of one of the most principled, ideologically consistent, popular, and brave politicians the country has ever seen on a federal level.
