Johnson questioned the strategy of agents attempting to enter an immigration law office, given that attorneys are more knowledgeable of the law compared to the average person. “Any immigration attorney is going to say no way,” Johnson said. “So it’s like a waste of time.”
It’s not a waste of time. It’s an intimidation tactic and a threat.
ICE are more inclined to shoot the lawyers because not a single one of them has been held accountable

A Department of Homeland Security spokesperson, in a written statement on Saturday afternoon responding to questions from The Bee, said that ICE officers approached “an unmarked door” and believed it was “target address” for people they planned to arrest. They departed after learning the address was a law firm, the DHS spokesperson added.
The door is well marked. I suppose it’s technically true that they departed after learning it was a law firm, but that statement omits the fact that they loitered for over an hour trying to intimidate their way in before the building manager showed up told them to F off. Also, they threatened to come back in the middle of the night and break in. Apparently, they were convinced it was some sort of flop house for illegals, despite all evidence to the contrary.
