If I were the state, I’d wait, and dare Trump to pardon him. The moment he does, slap him with the state charges and hold him in prison without bond.

Seems about right although I also oppose the death penalty. He went on a demented yet calculated rampage. Had he not been stopped he would have kept trying. Should be some forewarning to the crazy b.s. I see out and about online
