I guess I’m part of the 1 in 3. It is no longer in danger of failing because it has already failed.

That’s partly because America isn’t really the proper democracy it’s sold as.

Democrats should propose that a committee of scholars be convened to come up with proposals that would strength democracy. After a proposal is agreed upon, it would immediately be sent to Congress for discussion.
