Should have started playing The Rains of Castamere and started locking all the doors
I don’t understand how that is embarrassing. It’s a good American song.
It’s a song encouraging homeless people to use the YMCA for housing and a meal. It could be a subtle jab at the state of homelessness in America while pretending to celebrate American culture. Might be a stretch though.
It does sound like a stretch, but it is the kind of stretch I appreciate
It’s because Trump likes the song. It’s not that deep. Or if it is it doesn’t matter because to Trump it’s just a song that he likes.
His wife called the song and little dance he does to it gay and embarassing or something along those lines. I’m uncertain if the Chinese were aware of this though.
Got a link? I need to see this.
No video as far as I am aware, just a few articles
Thanks comrade.
I mean Trump loves YMCA. That could have just been them being nice by playing a song he likes, even if it is ridiculous. But I guess in the context of the other stuff they did they were trolling him. Someone should have fun with him.
For the people that want to watch, here is a link:
The Chinese are working ten hour days six days a week. USA is not getting embarrassed
996 is illegal, and was restricted mostly to large tech companies. Modern working hours in China are around 44-48 per week, varying year to year.
Its illegal, but not if they give the workers some extra money.
Again, the practice has been cracked down on, and was largely in bleeding edge tech companies. It isn’t the backbone of the Chinese economy, nor is it the norm.
Plenty of people do, but i failed to find any polls or statistics.
Its ridiculous to use a social media comments section as evidence, but there’s nothing better, so here you go.

Would you consider bus driving as bleeding edge tech?
I agree that it’s ridiculous to use social media comments as evidence. Chinese workers work on average 46 hours a week. This is a fact, and the median is lower as the sectors 996 was found in before the crackdown raised the average, largely in Beijing and Shanghai, and largely in the tech sector.

Which?
Unsure where it’s listed, but you can find stats online.
Just straight up lying at this point
Is it different than working three jobs to just get by in the USA?
You work three jobs to get by?
