    Yeah less than 1% of energy is coming from oil sources in the US.

    Other fossil fuels are typically transported by barge, rail, or pipeline.

    Barge and rail could use oil to transport things like coal, but that’s not going to be a significant portion of the cost.

    I agree we need to be investing in renewable energy, but it’s not going to impact the price of gasoline unless most switch to electric vehicles
